You can delete your account and your family's data at any time, right in the app. If you no longer have the app, we'll do it for you.
In Family Space, tap Download my data to save a copy of everything Pyxino holds about your account, or send it to yourself.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Your account, every child profile, all stories with their narration and illustrations, voice recordings, profile pictures, voice samples you shared to help improve Pyxino, and your credits. Anonymous usage and crash statistics that no longer identify you may be kept.
For 12 months we keep a scrambled fingerprint of the account you signed in with (not your email address, and it can't be turned back into one), only so the free welcome credit isn't given again if the same account signs up again.
In Family Space → Manage Children, the bin next to a child deletes their profile with all of their stories, narration, illustrations, voice recordings and profile picture. Your account and your other children's profiles stay. A family always keeps at least one profile.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it there to stop being charged. Purchase receipts are kept by the store.
Email privacy@pyxino.com from the email address of the account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it's done. You can also reach us through our contact page.
Our newsletter is separate from your app account. To stop it, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
