Pyxino is operated by Pycsu Circle. By using Pyxino, you agree to these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms doesn't work for your family, please don't use the app.
Pyxino is built for parents and guardians to create and manage stories for their children. Wherever an account is required, only an adult can create one. Child profiles are set up by an adult, not created by children themselves.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. If you notice anything suspicious, let us know right away — we'll do what we reasonably can to help, but we can't guarantee we'll always catch unauthorized access in time.
To keep Pyxino safe, please don't: use it to create harmful, offensive, or illegal content; try to reverse-engineer or misuse the underlying technology; or resell stories generated through the app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that break these rules.
The stories you create are yours to keep, print, and share as you'd like. By generating content, you give Pyxino a license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the app — including using anonymized patterns to improve our AI. If you choose to make a story public, other users in the Pyxino community can view it; this is always your choice, and you can make a story private again at any time.
Our premium plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the billing cycle; we don't offer partial refunds except where required by law. To help keep Pyxino affordable, we may occasionally include tasteful, family-appropriate sponsorships. Our priority is a distraction-free storytelling experience for your family.
Pyxino uses AI to create stories. AI is a genuinely new and evolving technology, and it can occasionally produce an unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect result despite our safety filters. You, as the parent, are always the final reviewer — please check a story before sharing it with your child. We aren't liable for AI-generated content or outcomes from its use.
We're always working to improve Pyxino, but we provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without guaranteeing it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and without other warranties beyond what the law requires.
To the extent permitted by law, Pyxino and our team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If something goes wrong, your primary remedy is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms as Pyxino evolves. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pyxino, its founders, and team harmless from claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Pyxino. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time doesn't waive our right to do so later.
