By joining Pyxino, you become part of a community dedicated to bringing magical stories to children. By accessing our platform, you warmly agree to these Terms of Service. If these terms don't feel right for your family, please gently step away from using our service.
2. The Parent Partnership
Pyxino is a tool designed specifically to empower parents and guardians. To create an account and curate stories for your children, you must be at least 18 years old. We honour your family's privacy by processing all children's data in strict alignment with COPPA.
3. Protecting Your Magic
Your account is your private family vault. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, you acknowledge we cannot guarantee immediate intervention and bear no liability for unauthorized activity.
4. Nurturing a Safe Space
To protect the wonder of Pyxino for everyone, we ask that you partner with us by agreeing not to: use the platform to generate harmful or offensive material; attempt to reverse-engineer the magic of our AI; or resell these personal family stories. Let's keep this space safe.
5. A Shared Creative Universe
To continuously evolve the magic for all children, the stories woven on Pyxino become part of our shared creative universe. By generating content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to utilize, monetize, and use these narratives to train and improve our future AI models. Furthermore, if you choose to set a story to "public," you joyfully acknowledge it can be accessed, read, and enjoyed by anyone in the Pyxino community.
6. Subscriptions & Seamless Discoveries
Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually. To maintain accessible pricing across the platform, Pyxino may occasionally feature thoughtfully integrated, family-friendly sponsorships or promotional discoveries that blend naturally into the user experience. You are free to cancel anytime (taking effect at the end of your cycle), but we do not offer partial refunds except where legally required.
7. The Magic and Frontier of AI
Pyxino harnesses cutting-edge artificial intelligence to weave unique stories. While we utilize strict safety filters, AI remains an evolving frontier and can occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect narratives. We believe parents are the ultimate guides. By using Pyxino, you embrace your role as the final curator and agree to review all content before sharing it with your child. To sustain this innovative platform, Pyxino operates on mutual trust and cannot accept any liability for the generated content or any resulting consequences.
8. A Journey "As-Is"
We are constantly nurturing and improving the Pyxino platform to bring joy to your family. However, like any digital journey, we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee a completely uninterrupted or error-free experience, and legally we must disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Our Shared Boundaries
We pour our hearts into building a safe space for families. To legally sustain this mission, Pyxino, our founders, and our team cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, psychological, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Should Pyxino ever fail to meet your family's expectations, we ask that your sole remedy be to gently part ways with our service.
