The Peach Hero's Quest
In a quiet riverside village at the foot of the mountains, an elderly woodcutter and his wife pulled a giant floating peach from the rushing mountain waters. When they opened the sweet fruit, a bright child named Taro stepped forth with sparkling eyes, eager to explore the wide world.
When passing merchants reported that mountain bandits had blocked the high trade pass, Taro packed a woven pouch of steamed millet dumplings, bowed respectfully to his adoptive parents, and set out bravely along the rugged northern ridge trail.

Along the steep rocky trail, Taro generously shared his sweet millet dumplings with a loyal spotted hound, a nimble mountain monkey, and a sharp-eyed pheasant, earning their devoted companionship.
The four brave companions marched together toward the volcanic peaks, each taking turns scouting the steep cliffs, watching the winding trail ahead, and warning each other of loose falling shale in the mountain mist.
At the mountain fortress, the pheasant fluttered overhead to unlatch the heavy wooden gates, while the monkey and hound quietly retrieved the stolen village grain sacks and bronze cooking pots from the bandit storehouse.
Carrying the recovered supplies safely between them, the four loyal friends marched down the mountain path in triumph, welcomed by cheering villagers as bright morning dawn broke warmly over the peaceful valley.
